Where We Deliver
At Shavien, we are committed to ensuring that your orders reach you promptly and efficiently. We deliver to addresses across Canada, including all provinces and territories. For our customers in remote or northern communities, please be aware that delivery times may be extended due to logistical constraints.
In addition to Canadian addresses, we also offer delivery to the United States and select international destinations. Please contact us for more information regarding international shipping options.
Processing Time
Orders placed with Shavien are processed within 1-2 business days, from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM ET may be processed on the next business day. We strive to dispatch your orders as swiftly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Please consider this when selecting your delivery option.
Delivery Charges
All delivery charges are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Please note that delivery charges do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. This ensures transparency and compliance with the Competition Act.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Canada Post will leave a notice card at your address, and the item will be held at your local post office for collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your convenience.
Missing or Late Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at shaavien@outlook.com. We will promptly investigate the issue with the carrier. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario), if no delivery date is specified in the agreement, the maximum delivery period is 30 days.
Damaged in Transit
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as per our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
