Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
At Shavien, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. We offer a voluntary 15-day cancellation period starting the day after you receive your order. To cancel your purchase, please contact us at shaavien@outlook.com. You do not need to provide a reason for your cancellation. Please note that provincial consumer protection laws may provide additional cancellation rights.
How to Return Items
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at shaavien@outlook.com. Once you have notified us, please send the items to the following address:

Ensure that the items are returned within 15 days of notifying us. Please keep proof of postage. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Note that deductions may be made if the goods have been diminished beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, you have the right to return, repair, replacement, or refund under the provincial Sale of Goods Acts, which imply warranties that cannot be excluded. Please contact us at shaavien@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Exclusions
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Personalised or custom items, unless they are defective.
- Sealed hygiene items that have been opened.
None of these exclusions affect your statutory rights for defective goods.
